    Ronda is a dedicated fitness instructor who loves morning runs, animals, and staying active. She’s a proud mom of two in the Army!

    Julie is an outdoor enthusiast who loves yoga, animals, and spending time with family. She’s passionate about helping others and staying active!
  • Robin

    Robin has been a dedicated aerobics instructor for 41 years, teaching senior aerobics for 24 of them. She’s been part of the YWCA family for nearly 25 years!
  • Liz

    Liz is passionate about empowering women. She loves staying active with jazzercise, strength training, cardio, and dancing, bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything she does!
  • Randi

    Fitness is Randi's passion. With five years of college volleyball under her belt, she loves staying active, working out, and embracing her athletic side!
